Policies

Fee: My fee is $120.00 per 60-minute session and $170 per 90-minute session. Payment is required at the end of each session either by e-transfer or Paypal. A Paypal account is not required, the Paypal form accepts all major credit cards. I provide a receipt for tax purposes upon request.

Lateness: When you book an appointment with me, the time allotted for your visit is either 60 or 90 minutes depending on what was scheduled. That window of time is yours and is when you will be seen. For this reason, it is to your benefit to be on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, the session will still end 60 or 90 minutes from the scheduled start time to accommodate the next client who is waiting for their appointment.

Cancellations: You can cancel an appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before your visit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $120.00 charge.

Missed Appointments: A missed appointment is subject to a $120.00 charge.

Termination of sessions: I reserve the right to terminate sessions at any time. If I feel that another modality may serve you and your needs better, I may be able to refer you to another practitioner depending on the nature of the termination.

My Commitment to You

Cancellations: I will give as much notice as possible in the event that I need to cancel a scheduled appointment and will make every effort to re-book the session as soon as possible.

Overtime: If I choose to work with you beyond our scheduled time I will always consult with you first, and as it is my choice there will be no additional charge.

Confidentiality: I assure absolute client confidentiality and adhere to industry standards of behaviour and conduct.
